Responsibilities The Finance Director is responsible for managing and directing all aspects of the Housing Authority’s financial and accounting functions, including budgeting, audit coordination, compliance reporting, fund management, and strategic financial planning. Operating under the general supervision of the Executive Director, the Finance Director ensures that the organization meets its fiscal responsibilities in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) requirements, and applicable federal and state regulations.
