The Vice President, Portfolio Preservation & Resyndication will bring proven expertise in affordable housing, with deep experience in utilizing Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and HUD financing, as well as a comprehensive understanding of HUD rental subsidy programs. This leader will direct strategic initiative to preserve and enhance the long-term affordability and performance of its existing LIHTC portfolio across New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
The role encompasses full-cycle oversight of resyndication and preservation activities from feasibility analysis and capital planning through financing applications, construction execution, and post-rehabilitation stabilization.
