Job Scope
The Community Manager - Tax Credit is responsible for the successful day‑to‑day operations of the community, ensuring achievement of revenue, occupancy, and sales performance goals , while maintaining full compliance with local, federal, Fair Housing, and Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations . This role provides strong leadership, drives leasing results, ensures accurate Tax Credit administration, and protects asset value through sound operational, financial, and marketing practices. The Community Manager - Tax Credit expected to model the company’s Core Values and maintain a professional, customer‑focused work environment.
