The Staff Accountant is a non-exempt technical accounting position responsible for accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries across multiple entities within a multi-fund accounting system. The position processes deposits and payments received by ACH and from Grants or the Federal Government, maintains receivable identities and financial records, supports accounting workflows, and ensures documentation is accurately entered, coded, scanned, filed, and retained in our systems.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
This position completes assigned work accurately, efficiently, and within established deadlines while adapting to changing priorities and department needs. Duties may vary based on Finance Department priorities and requirements.
